Bracket Grove stores tournament titles, participant names and match results in its private app storage on your Android device. You do not need an account. Tournament records are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Automatic Android app backup is disabled.
The release app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can be used to estimate approximate location), device or account identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data transmitted by the SDK is encrypted in transit. Tournament participant names and scores are not passed to the advertising SDK by Bracket Grove.
The app requests an updated consent status on launch. Advertising is requested only when the consent SDK permits it. Where required, use Privacy choices in the app menu to review your choices. Advertising availability does not affect creating tournaments or recording results. Android advertising ID controls are available in your device settings.

You may export a JSON backup through Android's sharing interface or copy a small backup to the clipboard. Backups contain all saved tournament records, including participant names. The developer does not receive these backups automatically. Only share with recipients you intend. The apps or storage services you select have their own privacy policies. Other apps may access clipboard data where Android permits it.
Delete a tournament using its menu to remove that record. Uninstalling removes local app data. Separately exported backups remain wherever you saved or sent them; delete those copies separately. Temporary backup files remain in the app cache until the system removes the cache or you uninstall the app. Keep a backup outside the app if you want to preserve records before uninstalling.
The app uses internet access for consent and advertising services. It does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or broad storage access. Files are opened through Android's picker at your request. This app is intended for adult tournament organizers and is not designed specifically for children.
