SubmitFit Privacy Policy

SubmitFit is an offline photo preparation app published by Evmodu. This policy describes the information handled by the current Android release.

Information SubmitFit handles

• Photos selected by you: SubmitFit uses Android Photo Picker when available. The selected JPG or PNG is read and transformed on your device. SubmitFit does not upload the photo to a server.
• Presets and recent choices: Custom presets and the recent-preset list are stored in local device preferences and are not sent to Evmodu.
• Generated files: A generated file is kept in the app's private documents area. If you tap Save, Android 10 and later also receive a copy in Pictures/SubmitFit. If you tap Share, the selected file is handed to Android's system share sheet.

Information SubmitFit does not collect

The current release does not use accounts, a backend, cloud upload, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, location, contacts, device identifiers, OCR, or AI APIs. It does not request broad media or storage permissions.

Metadata and privacy protection

SubmitFit re-encodes generated output and removes source EXIF/GPS metadata. DPI metadata is written only when the selected submission rule explicitly requests it.

Storage and deletion

To remove local presets and app-private generated files, clear SubmitFit's app data or uninstall the app. A copy explicitly saved to Pictures/SubmitFit can be deleted from the device gallery or file manager.

Third-party system components

Android Photo Picker, MediaStore, and the system share sheet are provided by Android. Their own platform behavior and policies apply when you invoke them.
